On the evening of March 20, the Office of Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development at China Medical University (CMU) hosted a screening and seminar for the documentary Sisters in Arms. This event was held in conjunction with the 2nd Climate Critical Film Festival, organized by the Green Citizens' Action Alliance (GCAA). The screening took place simultaneously at CMU’s Excellence Building (Room 102) and via Google Meet.
The event kicked off with an introductory speech by Professor Min-Kun Lin. Following the film, a specialized seminar featured Hung-wen Tseng, Deputy Secretary-General of the GCAA, who engaged in an in-depth, cross-disciplinary dialogue with faculty and students.
By utilizing a hybrid format of in-person and online participation, the film festival successfully bypassed physical limitations and sparked significant interest among students and faculty regarding sustainability issues.
