Lecture Summary:

Against the backdrop of a global push toward net-zero emissions and increasingly stringent ESG regulations, carbon trading and renewable energy deployment have become key strategies for corporate sustainability. This lecture will explore practical approaches to acquiring and managing carbon credits, including carbon emissions inventory, credit purchasing and trading models, and how investments in renewable energy and certificates (such as T-REC and I-REC) can help achieve carbon reduction goals.

The speaker will also share insights on designing corporate carbon neutrality processes, product carbon footprint verification, and how these strategies can enhance brand value and supply chain resilience in the face of international market competition. If time permits, real corporate case studies will be presented to demonstrate the potential applications of carbon neutrality in market expansion and innovative business models.
