China Medical College was established in 1958 and upgraded to China Medical University in 2003. An accounting office existed from the time of China Medical College until its upgrade to China Medical University, and it continued to operate. In August 2015, the accounting office was renamed the finance office. The finance office consists of eight members, including one director and seven staff members.
Within the bounds of appropriate and reasonable laws and regulations, the accounting office is responsible for managing the school's overall finances, accurately reflecting the school's financial income and expenditure, effectively utilizing the school's financial resources in line with the school's development, and ensuring that the annual budget reflects the school's development plans and characteristics.
