To actively promote the development of a green university, the Office of Sustainable Development of China Medical University held the second consensus meeting for the "Beigang Low Carbon Transformation Resilient University Project" yesterday (September 8) and conducted an on-site inspection of the Beigang campus. This event was led by Professor Li Zhengchun, the Director of Sustainable Development, with participation from teachers Lin Minku, Jiang Zhongren, Xu Jinyun, Assistant Cai Kunshou, and colleagues from the General Affairs Department, along with professional consultant Mr. Chen Zhenming, who visited the Beigang branch. The consensus meeting took place at the Beigang campus and was attended by Director Yang Xianhui, Team Leader Zhuang Huijun from the Beigang branch, along with Secretary He Wenyu from the hospital team at Beigang Branch, Deputy Director Cai Qiongyi from the Planning Office, Team Leader Wu Zihui from the General Affairs Office, and Occupational Safety and Health Management Specialist Chen Shanghong. During the meeting, various parties engaged in in-depth discussions and integrated opinions on low-carbon transformation strategies, aiming to promote sustainable campus development through practical actions. Following the meeting, an on-site inspection was conducted to assess existing facilities at the Beigang campus and identify future improvement directions, providing important reference points for subsequent action plans to support and promote sustainable development through tangible efforts.
