Summary
China Medical University embeds climate action in institutional governance, led by the President’s Office. It reports energy use university-wide, with self-used solar power tracked separately (101.66 GJ of 103,461.83 GJ in 2025); smart-meter coverage rose from 74% to 89%. Its third-party-verified three-campus greenhouse gas inventory was a first among Taiwanese universities; Scope 1 emissions fell 1.72% and water use 30.90%. In education, the university led ten Central Taiwan universities in signing a Climate Change and Education Declaration and co-taught climate resilience and adaptation courses with Feng Chia University for about 230 students. About 65% of its 2,192 courses link to sustainability goals, and 34 carbon-management professionals were trained. A climate forum and COP30 participation extend its reach; its resilience project achieved a social return on investment of 3.76.

中國醫藥大學以整體機構的層級,推動氣候變遷與淨零轉型教育。這項工作由校長室統籌,經「永續治理與風險管理委員會」審議,並由「永續發展辦公室」負責策略推動與資訊揭露。氣候教育屬於「永續韌性大學」行動方案，對應 SDG 13 等永續目標。作法包含:
1.結合課程、講座、實作與專業訓練，提升師生對氣候風險、能源轉型與永續治理的認知。
2.將教育由校內延伸到區域合作與社會溝通，對象含中區大學、政府、產業與一般社會大眾。
具體作法與成效
1. 跨校與區域合作
2024 年主導中區十所大學簽署「氣候變遷與教育宣言」。
2025 年與逢甲大學合開「氣候韌性」大師講座及「氣候調適」實作課程,修課學生近 230 人,雙校學生提出十組城市氣候解方。
與亞洲大學辦理「我的永續行動書－低碳校園生活」競賽,共九組提案。
2. 低碳管理與淨零人才培育
設置「ESG 驗證中心」作為實作與訓練平台。
以 ISO 14064、ISO 14067、ISO 50001 課程培育校院體系及中亞聯大共 34 位低碳管理專業人才。
師生共同完成三校區溫室氣體盤查,並通過第三方查證。學校是全臺首家依環境部方案完成盤查並通過查證的大學。
3. 高階知識與公共對話
邀請李遠哲院士主講氣候韌性與氣候風險。
2025 年 12 月 19 日辦理「氣候韌性永續論壇」，匯集大學、政府與產業代表,並促成中台灣大學系統(M6)六校永續長座談。
鼓勵師生前往 COP30 參與周邊會議與倡議行動。
4. 社會傳播
公共衛生氣候宣導 Podcast 共八集，累計下載 2,297 次，不重複下載 1,306 次。
USR「永續生活誌」IG 帳號全年發布 23 則限時動態與 37 篇貼文,平均瀏覽量超過 500 次。
5. 課程與學習機制
「跨域永續發展微學程」整合近 80 門課，涵蓋氣候變遷、環境永續等主題。
自 2018 年起辦理「永續發展學習週」，至今已邀請近 50 位專家。
2025 年永續目標相關課程占開課總數 65%(共 2,192 門)。
永續發展辦公室也為教師辦理氣候變遷與淨零碳管理培力課程。
6. 校園營運作為教材
報告指出,學校將智慧監測與減碳、節水行動的數據轉化為全校式環境教育教材，向師生與社會傳遞綠色轉型價值。
7. 獲獎肯定
2025 年榮獲第五屆台灣氣候行動博覽會「智慧醫療行動力獎」。
